As UX lead on the Test&Target product I have acted as an advocate for the user in collaboration with UX colleagues, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders.

Primary responsibilities have included:

• Researching and understanding user needs.
• Rapid idea generation and iteration.
• Communicating ideas and deliverables through storyboards & prototypes.
• Defining and documenting detailed experience interactions.
• Testing interactions directly with users.
