Background
With a large suite of products, it makes sense to allow them to talk to and work with each other.
My Role
I have been involved in several integration initiatives by developing solutions both based on requirements provided by Product Management and requirements discovered through user interviews I have been involved in.
New Found Knowledge
Integrations can be one of the more challenging problems to solve – especially when there are products utilizing different & conflicting technologies, workflows, and terminology.
