Media Manager
Background
Based on research completed by I and a colleague, as well as Product Management, it was decided to explore an app to help Project Managers organize and manage their advertising media.
My Role
I collaborated with my colleague to develop detailed interactions and basic prototypes of a media management tool. The project was also tested, and unfortunately this project was shelved before completion.
New Found Knowledge
The project was shelved because the usability tests made it apparent that we needed to provide a greater offering in order to see ROI. While initially the project seemed viable, usability testing helped us determine that it was time to stop before too many resources were utilized on it.
