Background
Many interactions had been developed for this project, however it was still unclear if there was a market for our solution. So, it was time to test.
My Role
I wrote and conducted the tests in collaboration with a colleague.
New Found Knowledge
The project was shelved because the usability tests made it apparent that we needed to provide a greater offering in order to see ROI. While initially the project seemed viable, usability testing helped us determine that it was time to stop before too many resources were utilized on it.
