User Insights Group
Background
Users of the Adobe Online Marketing Suite are not always easy to round up for research. We often find ourselves reaching out to Product Managers, Consultants, and Account Managers for names. However, the names we receive often times will be the buyers of our products – not the users.
My Role
Taking inspiration from a advisory group our organization has for buyers of our product suite, I decided to organize a database of users for the team to reach out to.
New Found Knowledge
I’m still in the process of developing this group. It’s amazing how much work it is to determine who the right candidates are and how to make them aware of how they can help us.
