Media Manager Research
Background
The organization wanted to know more about the people in organizations responsible for managing paid media.
My Role
Using my agency connections, I set up several interviews with various players in the space. I then assisted with the interviews, compilation of what we learned, as well as compiled numerous case studies on products in the space.
New Found Knowledge
It’s always important to have more than one person involved in user interviews, so that you can compare observations. It’s amazing how different perspectives are and how much those perspectives help determine the persona.
