3 Year Strategy
Background
The UX team I am a member of, collaborated together to create our 3 year strategy. My direct manager required assistance in execution of the strategy. So, I took it on!
My Role
Working with my team members, 2-3 people were assigned to each initiative. I am now meeting regularly with the team to ensure movement forward on their initiatives by helping them better understand the team needs and resolve any roadblocks.
New Found Knowledge
I initially approached this project by allowing members of an initiative take equal ownership. However, it became quickly apparent that no one was taking lead on ensuring their initiatives were communicated and progress made. So, as a group we decided to assign owners and create accountability.
