Research & Strategy
Through user interviews, contextual inquiry and case studies I have understood the needs of the users and utilized this knowledge to create more empathetic solutions. I have also played a strategic role within my teams by assisting with various team building activities.
Usability tests provide real world evaluations of defined experiences. They are an invaluable part of the process as they allow for rapid iteration towards the ultimate solution.
