Through user interviews, contextual inquiry and case studies I have understood the needs of the users and utilized this knowledge to create more empathetic solutions. I have also played a strategic role within my team by assisting with various team building activities.
Usability tests provide real world evaluations of defined experiences. They are an invaluable part of the process as they allow for rapid iteration towards the ultimate solution.
The visual expression of the experience is just as important as any other step in the UX design process. Users are more apt to trust a interface with a well thought out visual design.
